Associate co-browse

Walk through a client file with them, live.

Enter the client's ID (from their file header in the action center) to join their Alli session. You can nudge them to a form field, highlight a disclosure, or simply signal that you're on the other side of the screen. All activity is logged to the file's audit trail.

The client must request the session first.

If the client hasn't clicked “Get help from my associate” on their alli portal yet, this console will open to an empty room. Two options:

  • Recommended: Open the cobrowse request queue — every pending client request shows up there with a Join button.
  • Or ask the client to click the screen-share button on their alli portal first, then enter their client id here.

Co-browsing does not grant remote control. The client retains full ownership of every form field, e-signature, and disclosure acknowledgment. Alliance Associates may observe and guide — they may not fill or submit on the client's behalf.
